Which brands do you sell?
We are the exclusive dealer for Mitsubishi and a dealer for LG, Daikin and many other brands. We sell almost every major AC brand.
Do you deliver and install the AC I buy?
Yes. We deliver to your home or site and install it. We also install ACs you bought elsewhere.
Can I replace my old AC with a new one?
Yes. Tell us about your old AC. We assess it, supply a new one, remove the old unit and install the new one.
Do you take up large projects?
Yes. We plan, supply and install AC systems for malls, residential and commercial buildings, hotels, cafés, salons, spas, offices and more. Contact us with the size and location.
Where are you based? Do you work outside Mumbai?
Our office is in Ghatkopar (East), Mumbai. We serve clients worldwide. Our regular service team covers Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, including Andheri East, Bandra, Borivali, Dadar, Ghatkopar, Goregaon, Kandivli, Malad, Mira Road, Mulund, Thane, Vashi and Kharghar.
Which brands do you repair?
All common brands, including LG, Samsung, Daikin, Blue Star, Voltas, Carrier, Hitachi, Panasonic, Godrej, Haier, IFB and Bosch. Old or new AC, window or split: we can repair it.
How much does an AC repair cost?
Repair visits start at ₹499. Spare parts cost extra and are charged separately.
What if you cannot fix my AC on the first visit?
We send a technician again at no extra charge.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes. 30 days on repair work and 90 days on any spare part we fit.
What if my AC has to go to your service centre?
Some repairs, such as cooling coil work, cannot be done at home. We take the AC to our service centre for a flat transport charge of ₹500.
Does gas refilling also fix a gas leak?
Yes. We find the leak, repair it, clear the system with a vacuum and then refill the gas. If you have an AMC, gas refilling is free when needed.
Does installation include removing my old AC?
No. Installing a new AC and removing an old one are two separate services. Extra material such as a stand, copper pipe, wire or drain pipe is charged separately. Woodwork and core cutting are not included.
What is an AMC and why do I need one?
AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract. We service your AC on a schedule, so it breaks down less, lasts longer and costs less to repair.
What is the difference between the AMC plans?
Basic does not cover spare parts. Advanced covers standard spare parts, except the cooling coil and condenser coil. Comprehensive covers all spare parts.
Which AC can I put under an AMC?
Advanced and Comprehensive: ACs less than 5 years old. Basic: ACs less than 10 years old. We inspect the AC first to check that it works properly.
When does my AMC start?
The day after you buy it. If your AC is still under the brand warranty or another service contract, it starts the day after that ends.
Can I cancel my AMC and get a refund?
Yes, within 15 days of buying, if you have not used any service. If you refused a repair we recommended, ₹299 may be deducted as visit charge.
Will an AMC void my brand warranty?
While your AC is under brand warranty, use the brand's service centre. Buy our AMC after the warranty ends.
Will you leave my house clean?
Yes. We clean up after every service, including jet service.
