What AMC means
AMC stands for Annual Maintenance Contract. You pay once a year and the service company looks after your AC on a schedule.
The three plans
- Basic: scheduled service. Spare parts are not covered.
- Advanced: standard spare parts covered, except the cooling coil and condenser coil.
- Comprehensive: all spare parts covered.

- AC age: Advanced and Comprehensive plans with us are for ACs less than 5 years old; Basic for less than 10 years
