An AMC means Annual Maintenance Contract. We service your AC on a schedule, so it breaks down less, lasts longer and costs less to repair.
It suits homes with a few ACs and businesses with many. For large sites we plan the visits to fit your working hours.
The three plans
- Basic: Scheduled service. Spare parts are not covered. For ACs less than 10 years old.
- Advanced: Standard spare parts covered, except the cooling coil and condenser coil. For ACs less than 5 years old.
- Comprehensive: All spare parts covered. For ACs less than 5 years old.
- Free gas refilling: Gas refilling is free when needed under an AMC.
- 15-day refund: Cancel within 15 days for a refund if you have not used any service.
Frequently asked questions
When does my AMC start?
The day after you buy it. If your AC is still under brand warranty or another service contract, it starts the day after that ends.
Will an AMC void my brand warranty?
While your AC is under brand warranty, use the brand's service centre. Buy our AMC after the warranty ends.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes, within 15 days of buying, if you have not used any service. If you refused a repair we recommended, ₹299 may be deducted as visit charge.
Which AC can I put under an AMC?
Advanced and Comprehensive: ACs less than 5 years old. Basic: ACs less than 10 years old. We inspect the AC first.
